Starting a new application
It's easy — just navigate back to your dashboard to start your new mortgage application.
Editing an existing application
You may have found a new property since the last time you spoke to us, your details have changed or maybe you've just been trying our website out and you're now ready to move forward.
If you haven't spoken to one of our experts before and you're still filling out all the forms, you should be able to edit or continue from your dashboard.
If you have started a chat with our experts already (on the Expert help step) your data may be locked for now and we'll need to make the changes for you on our end. You'll notice the steps are greyed out and there's a message telling you to speak to us.
Just let us know about your changes on live chat and we can go over your plans and circumstances and make sure we've got everything right before we continue.
