Why am I getting a letter from Habito?

As part of a marketing campaign, we have been sending direct mail to homeowners across London and the South East. 

How did you get my data?

We use two data partners to send addressed mail; Twenty Ci, and When Fresh. Both of these companies perform market research, and use data collected from open, commercially available sources. 

Who has my data?

Twenty Ci, or When Fresh have access to your personal information. Habito does not hold any records of your data, unless you’ve visited Habito.com since receiving our letter and entered your data into our website. All data that we have is subject to our Data Protection and Privacy policy which can be found here and we are fully General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant. 

How can I access and remove my data?

Your right as a data subject entitles you to request access to any data a company may hold about you. If you have entered any data into the Habito website you can request access and deletion by emailing us at subjectaccessrequest@habito.com.
